How do I pay?
We send an invoice at the start of each month or project, with a secure payment link. You pay by card or bank transfer in a few clicks. Every invoice is also in your client portal.
Can I pay in Swiss francs?
Prices are the same number in CHF and EUR. Invoices are issued in euros and can be paid by card or bank transfer from Switzerland in a few clicks.
When do I pay?
Video plans are invoiced at the start of each month. Websites and setups are invoiced 50% at the start and 50% at launch. Invoices are due within 14 days.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT. Whether VAT applies depends on where your business is registered; it is shown clearly on every invoice.
Is there a contract?
Video plans are month-to-month by default. You can cancel at the end of any month after the first. Commit to 3 or 6 months and you save 10% or 15%.
