1. Services

Kelvora provides short-form video editing and content planning, website design and development, and automation services as described in the package or offer the client accepts.

2. Monthly video plans

Plans run month to month unless the client chooses a 3- or 6-month commitment. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at the end of any month after the first month. Committed plans run for the agreed period. The client supplies raw footage; Kelvora is not responsible for delays caused by missing footage.

3. Websites and automation projects

Project prices are fixed per offer. 50% is invoiced at the start and 50% at launch, unless agreed otherwise. Each package includes the revision rounds stated in the offer.

4. Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days by card or bank transfer using the payment link on the invoice. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

5. Ownership

After full payment, the client owns the final videos, website code and designs created for them. Kelvora may show the work in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing.

6. Remake guarantee

If the client is not satisfied with the first video of a new plan, Kelvora remakes it once at no cost.

7. Liability

Kelvora does not guarantee specific views, followers or sales. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last three months, except for intent or gross negligence.
