What we collect

When you use our contact or audit form we collect your name, business name, email address, the links you send us and your message. We use this only to answer your request and to prepare your free audit.

When you become a client, we store the information needed to deliver our services in our client portal: your login email, company details, files you upload, videos we create, comments, reports and invoices.

Service providers we use

Hosting: [Vercel Inc. / Netlify]. Database, login and file storage: Supabase (EU region [e.g. Frankfurt]). Booking: [Cal.com]. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

How long we keep data

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of our cooperation and afterwards as long as required by law (for example for invoices).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Write to hello@bykelvora.com.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We store your language choice in your browser so the site opens in your language next time. The client portal uses a login session.
